Splits is built to share professional information — not personal contact details. Here is exactly what we collect and how it is used.
What We Show Publicly
Only PRO, IPI and publisher details that are publicly available through PRO directories or were submitted to HRDRV via collaborative sessions. We never display contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers or mailing addresses.
What We Keep Private
Email addresses you give us — for claiming a profile, suggesting a correction, or signing a split sheet — are never shown publicly. They are used only to contact you about that specific request, to deliver sign-in and signature links, and to confirm approvals.
Split Sheets
Split sheets you create are visible only to you and the people you share them with through a private link. Writers sign via a one-time email link, and each signature is recorded with a timestamp. Editing a sheet resets signatures and creates a new version so the history stays honest.
Being Listed
Being listed in the directory does not mean you are signed to HRDRV or associated with our company in any way. If you want your profile updated or removed, claim it or reach out to us and we will take care of it.
Changes
